Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in online bidding platforms such as Guru, Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing portals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and project bidding in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and bid on potential projects through Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
✅ Generate leads, communicate with clients, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
✅ Prepare compelling proposals and quotations for IT projects.
✅ Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
✅ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
✅ Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with clients.
✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies in IT services.
Requirements:
✔️ 2-5 years of proven experience in online bidding and IT sales.
✔️ Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Ability to handle client interactions and negotiations independently.
✔️ Experience in lead generation, sales, and business development in the IT domain.
✔️ Familiarity with IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing.
