Job Description
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization. You will work on a variety of projects, from building new websites to improving existing ones, ensuring high-quality code and seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness
Work with ACF Pro, Elementor, WooCommerce, Fluent Forms, and other plugins
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways
Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues efficiently
Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers
Maintain website backups and version control (Git)
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience with custom theme and plugin development
Strong knowledge of WordPress hooks, actions, and filters
Familiarity with ACF Pro, Elementor, WooCommerce, WP All Import Pro
Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL is a plus)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues
Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
Knowledge of Git, SSH, and deployment processes is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Headless WordPress (REST API, GraphQL)
Familiarity with page builders like Divi, Bricks, or Beaver Builder
Knowledge of React, Vue.js, or any front-end frameworks
