Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
Key Responsibilities will be the following :
Conducting recruitment across all bands/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Compensation & Benefits:
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, bonus etc.
Creation and Communicating the organization’s HR policies to the employees
Handling general HR administration
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/
Managing attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Handling all employee inquiries & grievances & dispute settlements
Employee Engagement Activities
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English
Self-motivation to work independently and with strong work ethics.
Ability to work in a team, and adapt to new and evolving processes.
Should be good with people management skills.
Good command over MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
Flexibility with shift timings & week offs is a must.
